Here is another fast and easy but really pretty painting. It is another tempera wash but if you have a little more money you can use watercolors. Scroll down for the next step.
You will need the primary colors of red, yellow and blue in a plastic picnic plate. You will need black paint, a #7 and a #1 or 2 brush and a piece of 8½ X 11 poster paper or watercolor paper. You will also need a cup of water and a piece of scrap paper.
Put fifteen brush loads of water in with the yellow. You will want a bright quantity of water.
Paint quickly so you don't leave brush marks drying into the paper. Paint a circle slightly low and to the right of the center of the page.
Quickly paint a line below the circle and fill in the top of the page with the bright yellow.
