Rinse off the green paint and dip your brush in the orange until it is saturated. Wipe the brush very well and use the sharpest part of the tip to touch the paper making tiny dots some distance above the skinny lines. This is the tiny dot stroke, which is often used for textures.

After the orange dries rinse off the orange from your brush and dip your it in the purple. Wipe the brush and use the side of the brush to print its shape in a radial pattern around the tiny dots. Your brush may create a slightly different print stroke shape according to the shape of your brush.

You will have to be creative in the way you negotiate holding the brush to make the print strokes come out facing away from the center.
