Make sure the ruler is touching the left dot (or vanishing point) and the bottom line and draw a line toward the left dot eight (8) centimeters.
Repeat the process from the top of the vertical line making sure your metric side of the ruler is touching the left vanishing point.
Connect the two angular lines with a vertical line.
